Grant Invest was founded in Faro, Algarve in 2014. Since then we have grown from a local residential investor into a full-cycle development company with in-house construction, asset management and an international investment desk.

    Founded in Faro

    A group of private investors incorporated Grant Invest, Lda. to work with residential property along the Algarve coast.

  2. 2016

    First residential project

    Delivered Vila Sol Beach — 48 apartments in Quarteira, sold out within five months of completion.

  3. 2018

    Entering the commercial segment

    Launched the commercial line: office space and street retail in Faro and Portimão.

  4. 2019

    Vila Marina Residences

    Flagship 84-apartment low-rise complex in the marina district of Lagos.

  5. 2020

    Faro Business Center

    A 6,200 m² class B+ office building on Avenida da República — 92% leased within a year.
